Do you sell complete bikes or just components?
We offer both! Our range includes complete mountain bikes and electric bikes alongside premium components like tyres, saddles, seat posts and cycling technology accessories.
How do I choose the right helmet size?
Each helmet product page includes a detailed sizing guide. Measure your head circumference just above your eyebrows and match it to our size chart. When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Are your bike tyres tubeless-ready?
Many of our tyres are tubeless-compatible – this will be clearly marked in the product specifications. Look for “TLR” or “Tubeless Ready” designations if this feature is important for your setup.

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch (£12.95)
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (free on orders over £50)
Can I track my order?
Yes! For Standard Shipping, you’ll receive detailed tracking via email once your order dispatches. EMS tracking varies by destination country but basic tracking is usually available.
What if my package is delayed?
While we carefully select reliable carriers, occasional delays can occur with international shipping. If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Can I return helmets or saddles?
For hygiene reasons, helmets and saddles can only be returned if unused and with all original hygiene stickers intact. Please inspect these items carefully before use.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and handle any claims with the shipping carrier.
How do I start a return?
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Please don’t send returns directly to our business address.

Most components include manufacturer instructions, and many product pages feature installation tips. For complex installations like e-bike systems, we recommend professional assembly to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
My electric bike component isn’t working
